Terms and Conditions

Reservation policy :

• After booking is made confirmation will be send on guest’s e-mail which is needed to be printed and presented on the Reception during check in.

• On the day of arrival, the hotel receptionist will compare all data of  Your reservation and You will have to pay the full cost of the stay if  You have not used the possibility of paying the entire cost by credit card at the time of making your reservation.

• Reservations for the high season and holidays must be paid in full and in advance.

• Rates are applied according to dates, number of nights, type of room, type of service  and, in the case of additional individual services at the time of booking and do not include additional services which are not mentioned at reservation

•  Extend your stay:

  It is possible, immediately upon confirmation by the hotel which was decorated with reservation and subject to availability of rooms.

   If during your stay You decided to leave the hotel early, the hotel is not obliged to refund You the difference for the remaining days of stay, but may consider the situation and decide on further action.

•  We reserve the right to cancel or change a reservation, when we suspect that a client may commit a fraudulent or unauthorized acts or under other circumstances in which implied error or are the result of an error.

Children policy :

• One child from 0 – 5,99 years old is free of charge and sharing parents bed.

•  First and second child from 0 – 5,99 years old are free of charge and both sharing bed with parents

•  First child from 0 – 5,99 is free and sharing bed with parents or using a baby cot and second child from 6 – 11,99 will be charged for 50% of an adult rate and  sharing bed with parents

•  In case first and second child are both from 6 – 11,99 years old, both of them will be charged as 50% of an adult rate and will share bed with parents. In anoher case   you should book triple or quadruple room.  

   Cancellation policy :

  For reservation paid by credit card:  

You may cancel your online reservation until  3 days before check in date  without being charged.

In case if cancellation is made less than 3 days before check in date security deposit will be kept.

Cancelation policy for the high season and holidays

24.12-15.01( Christmas, New Year)  01.05-10.05 (May holydays) 

21.06.2017 – 01.07.2017/ 01.09.2017-06.09.2017 (Eid)   

You may cancel your online reservation  until  15 days before check in date  without being charged.

Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge.

In case of NO SHOW, no refunds.

In any case, we do not accept cancellations by telephone. Must be written exclusively by e-mail: reservation@sunandseahurghada.com

Check in policy:

Check-in is from  14 pm.  Check-out is at 12 pm.

Customers who do not live the room at that time, must pay late checkout. 

In you arrive later than expected, please notify to know for your arrival time.

Non-alcocholic policy:

All the drinks served in hotel are NON-ALCOHOLIC. Guests can bring their own alcohol and not to be charged for beshoun. Hotel keeps the right to subtract any illegal substance or overdosed drink from Guests.
